CHOCOLATE MAKER

Seeking enthusiastic chocolate maker for bay area confection company. Must have understanding of tempering process and how to operate equipment used in the production process of making high end chocolate. We welcome your ideas for new products and are seeking someone who loves our chocolate as much as we do!

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Experience with melting, mixing chocolate and other ingredients.

* Set up and operate equipment that mixes or blends ingredients.

* Accurately measure ingredients as required by the recipes.

 

HOURS:

*Flexible hours depending on your schedule. 

*15-20 hours a week to begin with

 

SALARY

*Starting Salary is dependent on level of experience and skills
