We are not responsible for packages that are delayed or returned as undeliverable due to incorrect information provided by our customers. Additional shipping costs will apply to any returned packages that need to be reshipped.
We cannot reship returned packages if the chocolates are no longer in sellable condition (due to melting, excessive damage, etc.).
Chocolates are best stored in a cool, dry environment, around 60-65 degrees. They do not like temperature change. If necessary, you can keep them in your refrigerator, but they should be brought to room temperature before eating.
